Exchange Policy
- If the customer receives the order matching the specifications confirmed with customer service (size/color) and accepts it without inspection but later wishes to exchange it for a different size or color:
- The customer is contacted, and photos of the product are requested to ensure it’s in its original condition.
- An exchange order is registered, and the customer pays a shipping fee of 45 EGP.
- If the order arrives with the wrong size or color, or if a manufacturing defect is found:
- The customer is contacted, and photos of the product are requested.
- An exchange order is registered with no shipping fees.
Return Policy
- If the customer accepts the order without inspection and later requests a return:
- Photos of the product are requested, and a return order is registered.
- The customer is informed that 90 EGP will be deducted from the total amount paid, or alternative products can be suggested.
Important Notes:
- Returns and exchanges are not available for undergarments (men’s/women’s).
- Exchanges are allowed for pants, t-shirts, and general outerwear, provided the product is new and in its original condition.
- The exchange/return window is 14 days from the date of receipt.
